Would i see any weight loss results if i?

run on the treadmill for about 30 minutes, bike on the bike for 15 minutes, and row on the rowing machine for 10 minutes every other day at the gym? while watching my diet, in about a month or half a month?

i’m 16 and i weight about 130 pounds, it’s my height that unproportional-ize my body; i’m about 5 foot 4..
