No.  Rowing machine is a cardio machine more than anything.  That&#039;s good for weight loss and general conditioning.  The muscles it does work is your biceps, back, and shoulder as well.  It doesn&#039;t really work your abs.

For abs, you should do sit ups, crunches, or any abdominal exercise.  Dont for get the obliques (the side of the abs)!
