How long after your injury should you resume your workout program?
I somehow bruised my rib bones doing the maximum weight on the seated row machine…..that was a month ago.
Now the pain is all gone. I didn’t see a doctor about it because it didn’t hurt that much….just some soreness.
But out of concern and just plain laziness, I stopped working out the help “heal” the injury.
Is it safe to start working out again?
