if you do 30 minutes of jump rope (or any cardio ex) each day, ur body will receive the same positive results if you do those 30 minutes consecutively or 10 min 3 times a day.  i&#039;m not an expert, but this i know from my own experience.  actually, you can make urself throughout the day, do some jumping jacks or push ups just a minute or two to get ur blood pumping, if you do that often, you will get in so much more exercise than if you set aside time for it. u may have reached a plateau where ur body doesn&#039;t seem to want to let go of any more weight.......a couple of days of these bursts of excer... will help to get you over that stall.....</description>
